Dr. Nima Moshgbar
Dr. Nima Moshgbar is Senior Economist at DICE Consult GmbH. He advises clients on competition and antitrust damage issues. He specializes in the development of empirical models and the application of econometric analysis methods. He recently advised a group of plaintiffs in connection with claims for damages in the truck cartel.
Before joining DICE Consult, Nima worked at the Centre for R&D Monitoring (ECOOM) in Leuven (Belgium) where he conducted surveys and statistical analyses on behalf of the Belgian government. He has profound knowledge in data science and applied econometrics.
Nima studied Economics with a focus on econometrics and industrial economics at Ruhr-University Bochum and Heidelberg University. Nima holds a PhD from the KU Leuven in Belgium.
